Here, here "spring cleaning" tips for recharging your batteries.

Embrace the changes of the season. So often we resist change when its upon us. Try and embrace the notion that the only thing constant is change, and go with the flow.

Slow down and breathe. Allow yourself to adopt the pace of nature and slowly move towards that next big thing in your life. Take a moment to observe your thoughts, words, and actions before you react. You may just realize a situation can be handled differently. Use your breath. When you find yourself hurried or anxious, stop and start to breathe long and deep through your nose. Count to ten. Chances are what had gotten you all excited, may no longer matter.

Walk barefoot in the grass. Or dance. Or practice yoga. Or go for a hike. Whatever it is -- move your body! When you connect to yourself on a physical level you are nourishing every inch of your being - from the brain to the muscles in your feet.

Do something that scares you. I like to say that fear stands for: False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear can stunt our growth and keep us from living the life we want and deserve. Break out of your comfort zone and embrace the challenge.

Find stillness. We as a community are busy people. We run carpool, raise children, work full time, cook meals, shop for our families, take care of our loved ones and more often than not, our self-care falls in last place. That’s where a meditation practice can benefit us all. Whether you take five minutes or 50, try and incorporate some moments of silence and stillness in your day.
